I’m passionate about helping others and feel privileged to find my ideal role in pluralistic counselling. I believe in the potential for change and personal growth in every individual.
My approach is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insights, and develop effective strategies to achieve their goals.
As a pluralistic counsellor, I am trained in a variety of therapeutic methods, including psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT).
The essence of pluralistic counselling lies in its flexibility and client-centred philosophy. I firmly believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I collaborate with clients to tailor our sessions to their unique needs and preferences. If a particular method isn’t suitable, we can explore and integrate different approaches to find what best supports their journey.
